Important Notice
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription or request a refund for any Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), subscription, or digital service purchased through our platform.
By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at mail@toolsbysoftpool.com.
- Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles.
- Your access to the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual), after which it will be automatically terminated.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused time within the active billing period, unless otherwise specified in this policy.
If the subscription is canceled before the next billing date, you will not be charged for the next cycle.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of SaaS and instant access to software services, refunds are generally not provided once the subscription has been activated.
However, refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing or technical error.
- You were charged after canceling your subscription before the renewal date.
- The service is completely inaccessible due to a verified technical fault on our end and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- The service provided is materially different from what was described.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
- If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan and billing will begin.
- Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel before the trial expiration date.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Change of mind after service activation
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Promotional, discounted, or special offer plans (unless required by law)
5. Service Access and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if:
- Terms of Service are violated
- Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected
- Payment failures remain unresolved
Termination under these circumstances will not qualify for a refund.
